Factory:
HOur factory system is built with investment and attention to technology and production efficiency. We apply the most advanced machinery and equipment to ensure the beer production process is carried out accurately and efficiently, with a complete closed cycle of ISO standards, ensuring food hygiene and safety.
Production process:
Our beer production process strictly follows international standards to ensure quality.
First, raw barley will be soaked, dried and milled into powder. Then, the fermentation process takes place over a period of 2-4 weeks, beer yeast will decompose starch into alcohol and CO2 gas.
After the fermentation process is completed, the beer is left to stand for a period of settling before being passed through the filtration and de-alcoholization line to remove impurities.
Finally, the beer is bottled in a closed and sterile environment, giving consumers cans/bottles of fresh, richly flavored beer.
